1. Our hired trainee will learn the cleaning operation procedures and SOP of our organization, he or she will learn how to manage the cleaning team and equipments. He or she will ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of all equipments and supplies, ensuring that cleaning supplies are always stocked up and equipment are well kept, repairing damaged equipment when necessary. To also review and be able to develop new SOPs along the way to help achieve more efficient workflow
2. He or she will be able to make decisions and plan which equipments and supplies should be used for each sites and projects. He or she will also monitor and keep track of all inventory of the cleaning supplies that is being brought out to job sites.
3. Hired trainee will develop time management skills for scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and briefings. In the event of no-show, he or she will make sure that there are back up plans to cover absentees and will be able to monitor and record variances in staff attendances. At the same time, he or she will make sure that all services and jobs are carried out and performed in correct, proper and safe manner.
