1. Involve in Programming, Scheduling, and Progress tracking of projects·
2. Co-ordinate with Site Supervisor and Sub-contractors on progress matters and prepare monthly and weekly reports·
3. To develop, monitor, and review equipment and manpower deployment plans for project sites·
4. To perform monthly/weekly/daily project progress reporting activities·
5. To monitor the progress of projects and Update the management for any schedule variances·
6. Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants·
7. Any other ad-hoc assignment being assigned from Superior·
8. Knowledge of Building/Plumbing/Sanitray/Gas Works an added advantage.
Requirements:·
1. Diploma or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical) / Construction or equivalent.·
2. Min 3 years experience in similar experience and managing a few sites.·
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.·
4. Knowledge of project management.·
5. With BCA MEC qualifications are an advantage.
6. Knowledge of Plumbing/Sanitary and Gas as an Advantage.
