Part Time Ecommerce Assistant

Eu Yan Sang International Ltd

The Ecommerce Assistant role is for our business unit, Eu Yan Sang Marketing Pte Ltd. This role will support ecommerce operations and provide excellent customer shopping experience to build stronger customer relationships and satisfactions.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in e-stores management, including updating inventory status, creating new products, and setting up promotions.
  • Provide support in digital marketing activities.
  • Manage customer enquiries and provide timely response.
  • Data entry and tabulate reports.
  • Provide administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required.

EDUCATION

  • Diploma in Marketing or related fields.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
  • Possesses excellent customer service mindset with good communication skills.
  • Good written and verbal skills (English and Mandarin - to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts).
  • Organized and meticulous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Looking for part-timer, to commit for at least 3-4 months, 3 full days a week (preferably on Tuesday to Thursday).
  • Hourly Rate at $10-$11 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
