Job Description
This is a client facing role with key responsibilities in the follow areas
Credit & Risk Management:
- Compile credit applications and conduct annual reviews
- Assume responsibility for assessing credit risk and utilizing models, encompassing financial analysis, rating, loan classification, loss exposure assessment (LEA), default triggers, and projections.
- Collaborate closely with credit committees to address inquiries regarding credit applications
- Oversee the collection of prerequisite documents, monitor covenant compliance, and track approval conditions.
- Review documentation to ensure alignment with credit approval terms.
Client Service & Business In-Control:
- Assume responsibility for credit-related aspects during credit structuring and term sheet preparation, negotiation, and review processes.
- Engage in deal teams to facilitate full transaction execution.
- Participate in In-Control meetings and oversee, manage, and report operational risk incidents.
- Provide input for regulatory submissions.
- Be accountable for credit-related data and limit inputs, and oversee Loan Classification monitoring.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- At-least 6 years of experience in credit risk client servicing roles
