· Maintain meeting rooms clean and tidy at all times
· Liaise with various vendors regarding general office equipment and aircon maintenance
· Arrange for outgoing local and worldwide courier
· Organise all incoming mails and distribute accordingly
· Stationary & Pantry stock check and ordering of supplies regularly
· Overall office maintenance responsibility.
· In-charge of all staffs name card printing
· Updating of various vendors/suppliers/contact list timely
· Yearly renewal of staff medical insurances
· Assist Director in filing expense claims
· Able to read and compose in Chinese characters for liaising with Chinese counterparts as well as to follow certain instructions set in mandarin from director
Assist in all other adhoc administrative work if needed
