Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales team to achieve growth and meet sales targets effectively.
- Formulate and execute strategic business plans to expand the customer base and enhance market presence.
- Oversee organizational sales operations, ensuring revenue and expense controls are in place.
- Lead recruitment, goal-setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives.
- Foster the development of the sales team through motivation, coaching, and education on product knowledge and service.
- Cultivate strong and enduring customer relationships by understanding their needs and collaborating closely with them.
- Present accurate budget and forecasts to the management team.
- Stay abreast of emerging markets, market shifts, new products, and competitors to identify growth opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma
- At Least 3 years experiences in Warehousing & Logistics Industry
