Job Description
- Manage the movement of building assets, facility operations and retrofitting activities.
- Track cases for closure of fault calls within a stipulated time.
- Check documentation on procedures and schedules of custodial services.
- Maintain high standard in costing documentation , pitch cost budget and detail SOW submission
- Trigger timely procurement of consumable and non-consumable items.
- Manager third parties services providers to ensure quality service.
- Deploy relevant personnel for timely action in response to user requests and feedback.
- Review progress reports and recommend actions to be taken.
- Source for quotation from third party service providers.
- Attend the site show round or briefing to better understand the tender requirements and acknowledge better understand the site conditions specially the risks consideration.
- Assist in drafting of maintenance contracts and service level agreements (SLA).
- Identify custodial servicing needs and schedules in preparation of Budget plans.
- Develop safety reports on compliance and non-compliance to regulatory and organizational workplace safety and health (WSH) policies.
- Support WSH accident, near misses and incident investigations.
- Develop environmental reports on compliance and non-compliance to EMS standards and practices.
- Recommend ways to improve Environmental sustainability using insights gathered from data analysis.
- Perform on-the-job coaching and manage personnel involved in facility operations.
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives to improve time, cost and quality management.
- Propose opportunities to use the latest smart facilities management trends or technologies.
Job Requirements
- Posses Degree or Diploma holder in Architecture / Engineering / Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years experience in related building management field.
- Independent and good communication skills.
- Relevant and appropriate experience in QS roles.
