1. To manage the various engineering sections economically, efficiently and safely.
2. To set up and document engineering policies and procedures.
3. To supervise and delegate work to the technicians.
4. To ensure that all equipment performed to the requirement.
5. To ensure that all maintenance work is carried out as per scheduled.
6. To maintain and service all building services and capital equipment.
7. To prepare and submit accurate and timely monthly report, quarterly engineering reports for control and planning requirements.
8. To highlight discrepancies and recommend improvements and changes when necessary.
9. To prepare and consolidate engineering annual budget and reports.
10. To recruit and train engineering staff.
11. To attend and resolve to guests’ needs and complaints.
12. Experience in PC support, network, equipment and network cabling support preferred.
13. Provide IT application, infrastructure, user support eg: PABX and POS system.
14. Efficiently handling technical support accidents, requests and changes.
15. Proficient in MS office applications (Outlook, Excel etc)
