We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Shenzhen, China.
As an Interior Designer, you will collaborate with clients and team members to create innovative and functional interior spaces that align with our clients' needs and aesthetic preferences. From conceptualization to completion, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality designs that enhance the functionality, aesthetics, and overall appeal of various spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization and Design Development: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and vision for the space. Develop conceptual designs that integrate functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability principles.
- Space Planning: Utilize your expertise in spatial design to optimize the layout of interior spaces, ensuring efficient use of available space while adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
- Material and Finish Selection: Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories that align with the design concept, budget, and client preferences.
- 3D Visualization: Create detailed 3D renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed specifications, to guide the implementation of the design.
- Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress, address any concerns or feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to oversee the implementation of the design, address any issues or deviations from the design intent, and ensure the quality of workmanship.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in a design firm or architectural consultancy.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong conceptual and spatial design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
