Job Description:
- As a General Manager, you will be responsible for business development, partnership management and team management to achieve business growth objectives at the organisation.
- Leading and managing the sales and support team, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of partner inquires, concerns and issues
- Collaborating closely with Marketing department to develop strategies to maximise partner engagement and revenue generation
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increases sales and market share, effectively positioning products or services to meet customer needs and preferences
- Overseeing the approval process, including manpower management, proposals and all sales related matters
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or related field, with at least 8 years of proven experience in business development and leadership position
- Excellent leadership and people skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, offering tailored solutions and actions to meet client needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong command in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) as this role requires to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
