As the General Manager, Business Development, you will be responsible for leading and developing the business strategy for Gusto X. You will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and overseeing all aspects of the business's operations. This role demands a combination of strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep industry knowledge to help us achieve our growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for all New Food Business and Joint Venture, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitor research.
  • Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities for business growth, in line with the company's expansion plans.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances with key players in the Food Industry.
  • Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets, including managing the business development team, setting sales targets, and overseeing the BD process.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional team, including operations, business development, and customer service, to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the budget and financial performance of the company, with a focus on cost control and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor;s degree in Hotel Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record in business development, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue and growth targets.
