- Oversee food preparation activities, including ingredient selection, portioning, cooking, and plating, to ensure that food is prepared to the required quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensure proper storage and handling, and order supplies as needed to ensure that adequate stock is maintained.
- Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards, and implement and monitor safety programs to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure that customer needs are met by providing high-quality products and services, responding to inquiries and complaints, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
