Job Description
1. Assists M&A Director for upstream finance modelling, due deligence and evaluation
2. Assists M&A Director to do Market Research and Opportunity Identification:
*Identify potential opportunities for M&A in the upstream oil & gas fields
3. Assists M&A Director for Strategic Planning and Analysis:
*Develop strategies for M&A in the upstream oil and gas sector, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy. / Asset assessment and risk analysis
*Engage in negotiations with target companies and their shareholders, reaching agreements for M&A.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business administration or other relevant major.
*Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions within the oil and gas industry, particularly in upstream oil and gas fields.
* Investment banking background is preferred
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, effective in dealing with multiple stakeholders
