Job Description:
• Provides administrative and ops support for Health & wellness
• Provides nursing administrative and ops support for staff flu vaccination exercises
• Manages the preparation and delivery of daily medical examination, pre-employment and vaccination reports/ results for staff and temp staff
• Tracking of vaccination status for staff and MOPEX/ Residents on rotation
• Tracking and reporting of clinic stats (Staff Clinic and H&W Clinic)
• Supports the data entry and collation of Staff Health Screening (SHS) for analysis and KPI tracking
• Manages the preparation and delivery (through EPIC communications to MyChart) of staff personal health screening report/ results for SHS
• Manages the preparation and delivery of daily private and corporate patients/ clients medical reports/ results
• Provides support for COVID-19 related work (covid-19 vaccination exercise, surveillance swab required for staff/ new hires/ temp staff/ post-SHN individuals)
• Undertakes any other administrative role assigned
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in any course w min 2 yrs of relevant experience
