- To work out cost estimation or budgetary cost for major mixed use project
- To attend to all relevant contracts administration & documentation for the project
- To liaise with Client / Consultants / Main Contractors on all project matters and manage expectations
- To lead a team of quantity surveyors, manage, mentor and supervise their work
- To take off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), contract documents and administer the tendering process
- To assess and identify Variation Order (VO) work for all subcontract packages and be responsible for Cost Control
- To process monthly progress claim and final claim according to SOP requirements
- To maintain relevant documentation in orderly and proper manner and finalise all accounts
- A minimum of 6 - 8 years hands-on experience with consultancy practice
- Recognised Degree for Quantity Surveying (QS) Discipline
- Professional Qualification with SISV, AIQS, RICS or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Cost & Measurement software
- Analytical, resourceful, independent, responsible and able to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
- Candidates who have a mix of civils, building services and fitting-out experience on mixed use developments preferred
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
