Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for strategic and transformation initiatives including scope definition, project planning, resource allocation and risk management.
- Collaborate with business and support function stakeholders to understand their objectives, business and technical requirements and transformation agenda.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure project success.
- Build and manage high performing project teams, including business analysts, developers, designers, testers and other specialists assigned to the project team.
- Establish the reporting framework, templates, channels and cadence to effectively monitor progress, identify areas for improvement and keep key stakeholders informed.
- Manage and monitor project progress, establish and track key performance indicators, and ensure project milestones are met, on time, and within scope.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Serve as main contact point for key senior management of the Bank, program stakeholders and providing regular status updates, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field; PMP, Agile or other certifications are a plus.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environment and framework is a must e.g., sprint planning, sprint review, backlog and grooming.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing large and complex transformation programs / digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
