Job Description:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for management review.
- Support the budgeting process by collecting and analyzing financial data, preparing budget models, and assisting in budget reviews.
- Help forecast future financial performance based on historical data and market trends.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide explanations for variances.
- Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing, collections, and payments processing.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
- Provide support in financial operations, such as maintaining financial records, reconciling bank statements, and processing transactions.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in preparing tax returns and filings, including corporate income tax, GST/VAT, and other tax obligations.
- Help ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in responding to tax inquiries and audits.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA
- Minimum 5 year of relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
