RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To receive and make inbound & outbound calls from/ to customers.
- To perform job order taking/ entry, related to vehicle breakdown.
- To accurately capture and submit job order via GPS/CAD system.
- To assign jobs and monitor job status.
- To liaise with contractor when there is a need to utilize their services.
- To handle all calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- To attend to customers' complaints and escalate complaints to supervisor, if necessary.
- To perform credit card sale transaction when required.
- To undertake adhoc tasks as and when assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum āNā Level and above.
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years working experience in Customer Service.
- Good computer and communication skills will be advantage.
- Good team player who is service-oriented.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
