- To take off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- To assess and identify Variation Order (VO) work for all subcontract packages
- To provide support for measurement and pricing on contract's VO claim
- To process monthly progress claim and final claim
- To attend all relevant contracts administration & documentation for the project
- To take off measurement - remeasurement for sub-contract's payment and final account purposes
- To work out cost estimation or budgetary cost
- To liaise with Consultants / Main Contractors on VO and progress claims
- To liaise with Suppliers for quotations
- To maintain relevant documentation in orderly and proper manner
- A minimum of 6 years hands-on experience (preferably with consultancy practice)
- PSPC-Recognised Degree for Quantity Surveying (QS) Discipline
- Applicant with Professional Qualification with SISV, AIQS, RICS will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Cost & Measurement software
- Analytical, resourceful, independent, responsible and able to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Good team player yet able to work independent with minimum supervision and provide guidance to junior staff
- Prior experience in a consultancy firm will be an added advantage
