Responsibilities
- Understand client's needs and advise clients on event or project communications solutions
- Work closely with internal team members and external client personnel to devise campaigns plans and tactics
- Ensure client satisfaction and prompt delivery of services by providing quality, value-added services and solutions
- Strategise and develop effective business plans to achieve the team’s budget target
- Manage overall progress and development of accounts and projects
- Actively establish new business leads and develop business proposals
- Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new clientele
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in client management and account management in events agency
- Experience in the execution of a physical, hybrid or virtual events
- Good knowledge and interest in latest industry trends, technology solutions and best practise
- Successful track record of project management to secure sales and achieve sales targets
