About Our Client:
- Our client has expanded its offerings to include transportation, printing, marketing, and distribution services for Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Oil Products.
- Working Hour: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm
- Location: Pandan Road
- Salary Package: Basic up to $3,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable responsibilities.
- Support cash flow planning and maintain accurate bank records and reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly general ledger journals, schedules, and closing tasks.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Possess relevant certificate in accounting or equivalent
- At least 1-year experience in a similar position
- Able to work under tight datelines
- Meticulous & possess good attitude to learn
- Mature, self-motivated, independent and able to multi-tasks
- Competent in MS Office
- Good communication skills & able to work independently
- Well-organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task
