Responsibilities:
- Processing payments, cheques, AP billings, invoices, and etc.
- Organization and coordination of corporate events and other administrative support related work.
- Must be able to multi-task and perform ad-hoc duties assigned.
- General accounting functions and preparing journal entries.
- Matching of tax invoices with delivery order.
- Basic knowledge in accounting.
- Meticulous, independent and responsible.
- Knowledge of UBS Accounting Software will be an advantage.
