Job Description:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding products, services, pricing, and orders.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, providing product recommendations, and guiding them through the purchasing process.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality
