Overview

Our healthcare client is looking for a Senior/Engineer to assist in the execution and management of FM services and activities in particularly those system under Mechanical Engineering Services.


Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist to provide advisory and support to the maintenance team. This includes, system rectification and troubleshooting, system upgrade or expansion, condemnation or replacement.
  • Prepare technical specifications and drawings for system improvements and draft cost estimates and work schedule for project execution.
  • Oversee preventive & corrective maintenance scheduling & coordination work. Manage Maintenance Agent day-to-day works for Plumbing and Sanitary Systems, Town Gas System, DC System, Roller Shutter, Auto door System, Etc.
  • Audit and monitor the performance standards of outsourced maintenance services by specialist vendors and service providers for mechanical systems critical to hospital operations.

Job Requirement

  • Possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good Experience with design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical systems & equipment will be an advantage.
  • Preferred experience in management of building services and facilities operation as well as improvement projects.
