Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Depend on the nature of the work, may be expected to work extra hours to finish job.
- Helping to maintain SAP B1 system
Requirements:
- Degree in IT related qualifications
- Preferably with 3‐5 years IT related working experience
- Proficient in MS Office with Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge in Java, C++, and Python and other
- Preferably with experience in SAP B1 environment
