Established in 2006, our client provides facilities management (FM) services to their clients. Their services include preventive & reactive maintenance, technical support, running day-to-day operation of client’s facilities and also respond to any fault & breakdowns.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm
Working Location: Mandai Estate (15mins bus ride from Kranji MRT)
Job Description:
- To deal directly with contractors and on ground works
- Plan, manage, coordinate projects according to timeline and client requirements
- Work with other trades during execution of project
- Attend meetings with clients for project updates/ changes
- Prepare project budget based on project requirements using schedule of rates
- Any other roles assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Min 2 years experience in renovation works/ construction projects
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin with clients
