The Opportunity
As the Senior Client Manager you’re a natural collaborator who loves to teach and partner others what you know - be they clients, creative peers or business leads. We do need you to be a constant stream of innovation, drive company, customer, and revenue growth across the businesses that will get others excited. You are responsible for presenting and selling the work to senior clients.
The Work
- Ability to handle complex client structures and international brands, with past experience building and owning mid level to senior client relationships
- Ability to handle complex integrated and social campaigns, working nimbly and efficiently to manage multiple projects with various internal and external stakeholders
- Financial management of medium scale accounts, including revenue, profitability, and forecasting
- Developing project and pitch proposals, including scoping fees, assembling teams and defining workflow processes
- Owning client presentation and collaborating with the team to craft clear and compelling creative sell-ins
- Work side by side with your clients to engage new projects from the start defining to building effective and innovative solutions that generate measurable results
- Proposing transformational solutions, assess feasibility and driving change for the clients while partnering with the strategy team
- Able to spot client needs and quickly translate these needs into a solution which grows the agency business
- Able to foresee issues before they arise and take pressure off the team by tackling the difficult conversations, and knowing when to escalate for support
- Understands and can manage the multiple deliveries and implementation of strategy to deliverables

- Leading and managing multi-disciplined teams, both internally and externally, with agency partners including media, data, platforms
- Training and mentoring direct juniors, with responsibility for nurturing their career development and growth
- Improve accountability across teams through management and process improvement
- Help build morale and create a positive work environment
- Partners with other team members to ensure quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
The Business
- Identify the client’s needs to pivot their business, generate accurate reports status of existing accounts and new businesses
- Leading the development and delivery of key client presentations and hold client conversations
- Maintains regular operational, revenue tracking and provide timely insights to senior management
- To drive company revenue goals and positive net profit
- Lead and/or contribute to the development of engaging brand experiences that deliver against the client goals and project objectives.
- Articulate and present concepts and rationale to clients, be part of creative brainstorms and strategic workshops, leading client presentations on project basis
- Partners with strategy and creative leads to ensure maximum utilization and efficiency of permanent and freelance design resources. Defines the resource pool structure and caliber.
- Maintain and develop the profile and visibility of Business Leadership within the agency through a mix of more formal communications and relationships
