You will report to the Director, Corporate Development and Human Resources and lead a team of 2 HR professionals to drive the following initiatives.
Duties
• Assist in annual manpower budget exercise, analyse additional manpower requests from each division and facilitate Management on manpower requests review and approval.
• Collaborate with the respective HR Leads to facilitate the preparation, consolidation, review of annual HR Divisional budget submission.
• Manage and provide accurate manpower statistics that include, but not limited to, the approved manpower establishment and actual manpower hired.
• Collaborate with the respective HR Leads on total rewards strategy/solutions and implementation.
• Ensure total rewards value proposition and solutions are clearly and consistently communicated in a way meaningful to managers and employees and effectively applied.
• Lead the annual performance calibration & compensation (increment, promotion & bonus) planning cycles.
• Conduct market benchmarking exercises.
• Manage employee benefit programmes and relationship with insurance broker.
• Responsible for data integrity in systems and ensure appropriate and relevant audit controls are in place.
• Review and implement HR policies in compliance with government legislation and ensure efficiency and compliance of internal workflow and processes.
• Support existing processes, streamline and develop changed processes to obtain optimal operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimally Degree in any discipline
- Minimally 5-7 years of HR management experience in relevant capacity
