- Senior IT Executive / Up to $4,000
- Install & configure hardware/software/system/network/printer/scanner.
- Monitoring, maintaining, and securing computer systems and networks.
- Respond to service users’ queries, IT issues and requests.
- Provide technical support across the companies
- Manage IT aspects of staffs’ on-board/off-boarding & IT Orientation.
- Sourcing and purchasing of all IT equipment’s.
- Supporting and testing of new technology.
- Level 1 Support for MS Dynamics AX / D365.
- Provide training to users and participate in IT projects when necessary.
- Document and update (SOPs), IT policies and IT documents.
- Proactively monitor IT contracts to ensure timely renewal.
- Provide quality of customer service in communicating with users
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by IT manager.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering
- Min 7 years of experience with IT Support.
- Experience in Supply Chain & Finance at manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365, MS applications, & services and SQL Server (or SAP or Oracle is an advantage).
- Knowledge of BI tools like PowerBI is an added advantageous.
