SALES ADMINISTRATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
THE ROLE:
Sales Administration & Customer Service Executive encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring efficient online & offline order fulfilment, delivery operation and post-delivery customer service. You will play a critical role in processing orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Your responsibilities will span both logistic and customer service for order processing, requiring a combination of organizational, logistical, and effective communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day order fulfilment, including but not limited to inventory management and logistic arrangements.
- Manage & coordinate delivery operation, facilitate order picking, pre-delivery QC, liaise with customers on delivery appointments.
- Manage daily delivery scheduling and assignments to company’s logistic fleet.
- Respond to customer queries and provide relevant post-delivery customer support.
- Process corporate sales order, posting of sales & inventory related adjustment entries.
- Coordinate warehouse and retail stock replenishment.
- Coordinate showroom display supply, keeping track furniture on loan.
- Work closely and supporting retail and sales team on all sales related matter.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement process changes and work practices in partnership with technology team.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and complete tasks assigned within timeline.
- Handle all related filing.

- Cover tasks of other Sales Admin colleagues in their absence
- Adhoc duties assigned by Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- O’ Level or Diploma equivalent or above.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales administration role.
- Positive attitude organised and meticulous.
- Demonstrate independence to complete tasks within given timeline.
