Job Description:
- Handle all pre/post procedures care, registration, and counselling.
- Prepare all the necessary forms required prior to medical aesthetic procedure
- Serve clientele in all aspects of treatments.
- Maintain order of patient cards and manage patient entries and appointments in Plato system.
- Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients.
- Assist in inventory, ordering, & database management (purchase order entry)
- Assist in maintaining quality service standards.
- Replying to patient enquiries (Phone call, WhatsApp, Facebook)
- Other duties assigned by the doctor and supervisor as required.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in sales role preferably in beauty aesthetic industry
