Job Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly
- Handle enquiries professionally
- Ensure that all office equipment, computer peripherals and communication equipment are handled and maintained in good working condition
- Reconcile and take custody of all payment collections at the end of shift with the report generated by POS machines to ensure they are properly accounted
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum GCE O Level with Cashiering / Customer Service experience
- Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
Working Hours / Location
- Jurong East (transport pickup) / Tuas Link MRT
- 4 days work, 2 days off (rotating basis)
- Either 10am to 10pm or 10pm to 10am (with 2hrs break)
- Basic + Incentives + Allowances + Bonus!
