· Ensure the quality and quantity of food/ logistics items before delivery.
· Loading/ unloading catering items into/ off the assigned vehicle.
· Deliver catering items, set-up and dismantle catering buffet at various locations according to standard procedures.
· Communicate with customers on the set-up requirements and related enquires with patience and professional manner.
· Enhance the buffet set-up by using different decorations/ props when necessary.
· Ensure the cleanliness and condition of assigned vehicle.
· Perform food safety, work safety and road safety rules and policies at all times.
· Cooperate and communicate with other departments for any necessary arrangement/ issues regarding customers’ orders.
