Our Esteem Client is looking for a technical staff to assist the Head of Technology in leading the technology strategy, innovation, and delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing the technology department, driving innovation, developing technology policies, managing technology-related projects, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the business goals
- Explore emerging technologies such as AI, Generative AI, IoT, cloud, and 5G
- Develop and implement R&D strategies to ensure that all R&D projects are well aligned with market/customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as business units, vendors, and authorities, to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback.
- Represent and act as a liaison ensuring that strategic objectives, technological initiatives, and priorities are effectively communicated, coordinated, and executed.
- Prepare product and technology reports and presentations.
- Facilitate discussions between stakeholders relating to R&D collaboration projects. Ensure alignment among stakeholders, leveraging effective communication channels and consensus-building techniques to drive optimize outcomes for the projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in technology coordination, project management, or similar roles within the technology sector or related fields.
- Strong understanding of communication technology, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
