Responsibilities
Sales Strategy
- To implement all aspects of sales related activities such as planning, monitoring, and measuring of customers within the defined territory.
- Conduct market research on competitive sales packages.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that harmonizes with our overarching business objectives and brand vision.
- Increase closing rate for both new and regular customers.
- Increase the average ticket size for each transaction.
- Ensure staffs meet individual KPIs.
- Identifying competitive base price and retail price for packages.
Operations
- Ensure outlets are kept tidy and clean.
- Ensure all staffs are properly groomed according to the corporate grooming policies.
- Take charge of all refund disputes.
Sales Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team specialized in the wellness industry.
- Set sales goals, monitor team performance, and provide feedback and coaching to achieve targets.
- Foster a positive team culture to encourage collaboration and self-motivation.
Business Planning
- Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies for the company.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and market dynamics affecting the wellness industry.
- Providing sales monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecast to the CEO.

Requirements
- Mandatory to have at least 8 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry
- Able to handle over 10 outlets with over 100 retail staffs
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
