Job Description:
- Responsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works
- Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
- Review technical submissions and design layouts as well as material submissions from contractors
- Attend all technical and site meetings with consultants
- On-site supervision of work progress and work quality
- Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring the work is on schedule
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
- At least five (5) years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in REVIT and AUTOCAD software applications
- Positive attitude, highly motivated and responsible
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
