Responsibilities
- Supporting the Sales Team in driving rental of storage units, with the aim of improving the Group’s occupancy rate and profitability
- Drive the sales of associated products such as merchandise
- Conduct site viewings and maintain necessary communication with the Sales Team and enquiries
- Administrative documentation such as agreements, storage declarations and others
- Ensure timely payments by customers
- Ensure respective Site is well-maintained and prompt fault reporting to the relevant team
- Preparation and submissions of various reports as required
Requirements
- Candidate possess O level / Diploma
- 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in customer service in various industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
