Facilitation of day-to-day studio operations:
- Ensure smooth daily studio operations, including class scheduling, staff coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Conduct daily housekeeping of premises and disinfect equipment.
- Monitor and manage studio inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Interview, recruit and supervise studio staff, including instructors.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
- Gather and address client feedback and concerns promptly and professionally for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional activities to attract new clients.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of studio offerings to effectively communicate value to potential customers.
- Execute marketing initiatives to retain existing clients.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce studio policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Passionate about wellness and holistic health.
- Previous experience in a gym or yoga studio is a plus.
