Job Description
- Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly
- Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement.
- Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
- Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes.
- Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
- Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
- Manage programme budgets and resources.
- Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in any discipline/field of study
- Min 1-3 years of working experience with ageing community setting and healthcare or social service sector
- Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Possess adaptability to find ways of solving and/or pre-empting problems.
- Comfortable with 5.5 days work week
