- Salary: up to S$143,000 (Annual Salary)

- Note: Will be outstation (Asia) for at least 6-9 months based on business needs.
Role Overview
- As the Regional Supply Chain Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain within the APAC region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency across the supply chain and logistics network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with regional business objectives and global guidelines.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive standardization and alignment of supply chain/Logistics processes across regions.
- Oversee and implement logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities across the APAC region.
- Optimize transportation routes and modes, minimizing lead times and costs while ensuring on-time delivery of products to customers.
- Implement efficient warehouse management practices to streamline inventory handling, storage, and order fulfilment processes.
- Conduct regular analysis of supply chain metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee inventory management, demand forecasting, and procurement strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing risks and costs.
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and customer demand to anticipate changes and proactively address supply chain/logistics challenges.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and agility.
The ideal candidate should be/have
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics and distributions, import/export requirements and customs practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing complex supply chain networks across multiple countries within the APAC region.
- Highly resourceful, independent and able to work effectively in a diverse environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a collaborative work environment, and drive results.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to liaise with China counterparts.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
