Job Description:
- Perform daily administrative duties and general office administration.
- Keep employee attendance and leave records up to date.
- Work pass management, application, renewal, cancellation.
- Filling of HR documents
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing of candidates & interviewing.
- Flight ticket and hotel booking for business travels.
- Processing of invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers
- Any other HR & GA functions as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Human Resources or related majors
- At least 2 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably within a MNC environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Initiative and willing to learn.
- Strong clients focus and proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholder.
- Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team orientation
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
