Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with our Factory, Suppliers, Forwarders, Customer Service Officers/Sales/Field Engineers to ensure timely deliveries to meet customers’ requirements.
- Execute Import & Export Operation which includes:
- License/Permit Application o Conduct compliance check against daily Import/Export.Global Trade Management (GTM System) Operation.o Strategic Control Parts & Dangerous Goods Management.Forwarders Management include Freight, Transport, Crating/Uncrating & Movers Coordination.
- Create and update SOP.
- Maintain an effective filing system of documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics or its equivalent with 3 years of related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Knowledge/experience in Logistic Compliance such as Strategic Goods Control (SGCA), HS Code and Dangerous Goods (IATA DGR).
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- A meticulous, organized, and resourceful team player
- A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision
- Required to be on Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby
