RESPONSIBILITIES
- To serve customers with passion and integrity
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all Customers
- Perform sales transactions and handle customers’ enquiries on mobile/smartphone & services
- To handle other non sales area including logistics and cashiering roles where required
- To work towards acquiring strong knowledge of product and services
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year's sales experience
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and ensure professionalism and a high standard of service is accorded to customers at all times
- Positive attitude for delivering excellent service quality to customers with passion and integrity.
- Must have a team player mentality to achieve shop and company’s targets and KPIs
- Willing to perform shift duties on weekends and public holidays
