Responsibilities:

  • Register incoming patients
  • Prepare the patient for examination
  • Respond to patient phone call queries
  • Inform patient of financial responsibility
  • Prepare and file patient forms
  • Verifying and updating patient information
  • Assisting doctors and nurses if needed
  • Scheduling appointments for patients

Requirements:

  • Min Nitec or Diploma in any field of study
  • Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
  • No experience needed, full training will be provided
  • Able to work 2 or 3 shift roster preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
