ASSISTANT THERAPIST (Bioresonance Therapy)
Responsibilities
Senior Therapist will mentor Assistant Therapist in their roles as follow:
- Provide primary and continuing health care for patients.
- Analyze a health condition and recommending the required therapy.
- Discuss therapeutic care options for patients and their families and help patients to take responsibility for their own health.
- Respond by helping to resolve health problems presented by patients through health history investigation, therapy and referral (when appropriate).
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality.
- Promote health education.
- Organize preventative therapy programs for individual patients.
- Provide specialist therapy for specific conditions or for certain groups eg. Smoking cessation.
- Promote the introduction of new products.
- Meet KPIs set by the management.
Requirements
- Healthcare related degree is preferred. Relevant experience in Bioresonance Therapy will be an advantage. Applicants with experience in healthcare industry are welcomed to apply. Training & mentoring will be provided.
- A thinker who is analytical, able to respond to the situation appropriately.
- An effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- An independent worker who is service orientated and self-motivated.
- Able to handle English and Mandarin speaking patients.
- Able to work on 11 hours per day. Only 4 days work week but include Saturdays (8.30am – 9pm).
