- Identify and capitalize on untapped opportunities to expand market reach and acquire new customers, while also nurturing existing client relationships to drive retention and loyalty.

- Respond promptly and courteously to sales inquiries from prospective and current customers, offering insightful guidance and accurate information to facilitate informed decision-making and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to enhance the overall customer experience and drive continuous improvement in sales processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification from ITE in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in sales of industrial electrical components, specifically within the infrastructure sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales techniques, adept at delivering compelling presentations, and skilled in negotiation tactics.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, contributing positively to team dynamics while also being capable of working independently.
- Show a proactive and resourceful attitude towards work, consistently seeking out opportunities and solutions to drive success.
- Possess a results-oriented mindset, able to thrive in high-pressure environments and driven by a relentless pursuit of achieving objectives.
- Hold a valid Class 3 driving license and have access to personal transportation for business purposes.
