ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Job Duties

· Monitor and maintain daily accounting transactions including receivables and payments.

· Maintain proper and systematic filing and record keeping for the business.

· Help out in managing online orders.

· Issue all invoices.

· Connect with various stakeholders & colleagues locally & overseas.

· Any other ad hoc account duties assigned.

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Accountancy.

· At least 2 years of experience in handling accounts.

· Experience with QuickBooks software will be an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.

· Proficient in both English & Chinese Language.

· Positive working attitude

· Able to work independently & in teams.
