Our client, a rapidly expanding quick-service restaurant and catering conglomerate, operates more than 2000 stores across China and globally. They have effectively extended their reach to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America. Presently, they are launching their inaugural store in Singapore and seeking a General Manager to spearhead the business operations across SEA.
The General Manager will be responsible for:
- Establishing the overarching operational direction, defining strategic objectives, and driving organizational expansion in line with the company's strategies.
- Formulating, promoting, and overseeing significant operational initiatives, conducting market analysis and strategic development, and implementing standardized, efficient operational management systems while continuously optimizing them for improvement.
- Be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and developing staff across various roles to achieve sales and business growth targets.
- Be accountable for driving the organization's financial, innovation, and productivity strategies in alignment with the company's overall direction, ensuring the success of the entire operation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with expertise in operating franchised catering models and proficiency in enterprise strategic management, market development management, administrative management, and marketing management.
- Familiar with the operations of catering companies and exhibit awareness of risk management, along with the ability to propose constructive execution plans beneficial to the company.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
