Job Description:


This position primary responsibility will be to provide independent business financing solutions to our valued clients. The employee will conduct thorough fact-finding and customer needs analysis to ensure personalized service. Exceptional customer service skills are essential in this role. His/her focus will be on achieving sales revenue and profitability targets, while also maintaining and expanding our existing clientele base. The employee will have the opportunity to develop new business by cold calling prospective clients, leveraging the leads provided. Additionally, he will be responsible heading the team as we expand and leading the team on accquring new business accounts.


Specific Responsibilities:

  1. Provide independent business financing solutions to clients.
  2. Actively fact finding and customer needs analysis.
  3. Displaying prompt and excellent customer service.
  4. Achieve sales revenue and profitablility targets.
  5. Team lead capability and guiding new staffs on the company core products.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

  1. Financial Analysis: Proficient in conducting comprehensive financial assessments, including credit analysis, cash flow evaluation, and risk assessment, to determine loan eligibility and appropriate financing options for clients.
  2. Loan Products Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various loan products, such as term loans, lines of credit, working capital loans, and commercial mortgages. Ability to match the right loan product to the unique needs of businesses.
  3. Documentation and Compliance: Thorough knowledge of loan application procedures and documentation requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards throughout the loan process.
  4. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable loan terms and interest rates for clients while maintaining positive relationships with lenders.
  5. Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment that drives productivity and meets sales quotas.
  6. Sales Forecasting and Analysis: Skilled in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions, refine sales approaches, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
