1. Role Description:

We are seeking a versatile and organized Marketing cum Admin Manager to play a key role in promoting our cleaning services and ensuring smooth administrative operations. 2. Specific Responsibilities:

• Identify and define the target audience for your cleaning services based on demographics and industry needs.
• Analyze competitors to understand their marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Develop customer personas to guide marketing efforts and tailor messages effectively.
• Stay updated on market trends and shifts in customer preferences.
• Develop comprehensive and integrated marketing strategies that blend online and offline channels.
• Implement a strong online presence through a user-friendly website, social media, and relevant online platforms.
• Utilize traditional marketing methods, such as print materials and local advertising, to reach a diverse audience.
• Explore partnerships with other local businesses or organizations to enhance marketing reach.
• Develop a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Create engaging and informative content that highlights the value of your cleaning services.
• Develop a content calendar for regular updates on social media, blogs, and other communication channels.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to humanize the brand and connect with the target audience.
• Incorporate client testimonials and success stories into marketing materials.
• Ensure content is tailored to resonate with the specific needs and pain points of your target audience.
• Develop effective lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
• Implement clear and compelling calls-to-action in marketing materials to encourage inquiries.
